Care Suites at Apple Valley Villa
Care Suites offer the freedom of residential living while providing 24-hour personal care and additional assisted living. Residents enjoy a lovely private or semi-private suite surrounding a centralized living room, specifically-designed to provide supervision and individualized care. A homestyle kitchen and dining space allows residents to dine together. Those who live in the Care Suites are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities within Apple Valley Villa.
Home health aides are close at hand 24 hours daily, each caring for no more than five residents. A licensed nurse is on site seven days a week and is available for staff phone consultation 24 hours each day.
The full range of assisted living services is available and tailored for each person’s needs.
Monthly fee of $5,400 to $5700 includes:
- Assistance with all personal care needs including dressing, grooming, showers, bathroom and transfers
- Medication management including ordering, set-up and administration
- Personal laundry and linen service
- Incontinence program
- Nursing assessment and personal care plan
- Spiritual care from our chaplain for residents, families, staff
Additional services available: (additional fees apply)
- Three delicious and nutritious meals served each day, along with snacks
- Nutritional support including thickened liquids, mechanically-altered diets
- Incontinence supplies
- Additional bathing
- Beauty and barber shop
- Escort trips to activities, events

Assisted Living Memory Care
Our assisted living memory care area in Apple Valley Villa is an entrance-controlled, welcoming environment specifically designed for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. Spaces are designed for familiarity and simplicity to promote well-being. Private and semi-private suites border a centralized living room and solarium—ideal for activity programs, supervision and individual care. Homestyle kitchen and dining area allow residents to dine together.
Our specially-trained memory care staff work to learn each person’s life story and help them celebrate that story. Staff engage residents through individualized, purpose-filled activities each day and evening to encourage residents to retain life skills longer and experience successes. Our memory care programming is designed to emphasize abilities and celebrate moments of connection.
